CEAS Activated at Level “A” in NYC for Winter Storm Jonas

Mayor De Blasio has activated the CEAS program at Level “A” in conjunction with the citywide travel ban beginning at 2:30 PM Today. Level “A” means ALL CEAS cardholders are exempt from the travel ban. Please be reminded that due to the extremely hazardous conditions, any travel should be for CRITICAL BUSINESS necessity only.
